SITEC Quality Group is seeking an experienced HSE Trainer for a major petrochemical project in Antwerp, Belgium. This role requires expertise in overseeing mechanical construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining quality control throughout the project execution phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with local and international safety standards.
• Conduct safety inductions for new hires and ongoing safety training for existing staff.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on safety best practices and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to identify training needs and address safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HSE Trainer or in a similar role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
