We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Eastern Europe to join our international team on a freelance basis (self-employed).
We operate in a dynamic and results-driven environment, managing recruitment projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Power Industry, with a focus on:
Vendor Inspection
Third-Party / Second-Party Inspection
Expediting
Company Qualification

Who We’re Looking For
A self-sufficient, sharp, goal-oriented recruiter who can take full ownership of their work and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You’ll be our go-to person for the Eastern European market, where you’ll own the recruiting process and build strong pipelines for highly specialized technical roles.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake to sourcing to candidate delivery
Partner with hiring managers and clients to fully understand job requirements
Design and execute effective sourcing strategies via digital tools, referrals & direct search
Optimize recruitment KPIs and funnel performance
Learn our business and industry fast, to become a reference point for technical recruitment in your area
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (technical profiles and/or high-volume recruiting)
Excellent sourcing skills and confident in managing multiple roles at once
Solid interpersonal skills: able to engage with both candidates and demanding clients
Fluency in English is a must,
Experience in industrial, Oil & Gas or technical sectors is a plus, not a must
You’re all about results, ownership and getting things done
Available to collaborate as a freelancer (self-employed) – no employment contract
