Are you an experienced professional in insulation and painting, seeking a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with leadership? We invite you to consider the position of Insulation/Painting Supervisor, reporting directly to the Construction Manager. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

As an Insulation/Painting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of maintaining high standards in health, safety, and environmental practices. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing HSE procedures and standards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Verifying that subcontractors adhere to approved Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses.
Ensuring that work permits are obtained before commencing any activity and that related compliance is maintained.
Conducting evaluations of work scopes, area conditions, and specific equipment inspections prior to starting field activities.
Leading Pre-Task Talks (PTTs) and ensuring effective communication of hazards and control measures to subcontractor field supervisors.
Promoting the highest standards in housekeeping and promptly addressing unsafe work procedures.
Participating in incident investigations and assisting in corrective actions.

Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to project schedules.
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with technical documentation and applicable codes.
Prepare and manage documentation related to work execution, including Request for Work Execution forms and punch lists.
Oversee the quality of materials used and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Provide leadership and training to subcontractor teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for candidates who possess:
A solid background in insulation and painting disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction sites.
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
A commitment to integrity and ethical work practices.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Possession of VCA-VOL certification.
