Are you ready to take the next step in your career in the Oil & Gas industry? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating inspection activities, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inspection schedules and assign inspectors to various sites/projects.
  • Review and verify inspection reports and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and inspection teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection activities and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in inspection coordination or quality management in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with inspection procedures, ITPs, and quality documentation.
