Job Title: Utilities Commissioning Superintendent
Location: Antwerp, Belgium (site)
Start Date: May 2026
Duration: Until March 2027
Role purpose
Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning of process/mechanical systems within the South Utilities area, ensuring safe and compliant execution through to final handover.
Main duties
Develop commissioning plans/procedures and integrate with project schedule
Review vendor procedures and subcontractor method statements
Supervise testing, interfaces/interlocks, loop checks, and integration tests
Drive mechanical completion on system/sub-system basis
Develop/review CTPs and temporary system requirements
Plan tools/resources and vendor support
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate NCR corrective actions
Maintain records: test results, punch lists, compliance documentation
Ensure RAMS/PTW/LOTO implementation
Support final acceptance and operations handover
Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Extensive process/mechanical commissioning experience
Strong troubleshooting and documentation capability
Effective stakeholder communication and client-oriented approach
