Job Title: Piping Test Pack Coordinator

About the role
SITEC is hiring a Piping Test Pack Coordinator for a major EPC industrial project in Antwerp. The role reports to the Site Quality Manager and is critical for test pack quality, pressure test control, and system handover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage TP folder workflow across Wood, subcontractors, and NoBo

• Agree TP schedule and expedite actions from all stakeholders

• Prepare and distribute TP progress and status updates

• Track receipt/release of piping TP folders

• Verify TP folder compliance with project procedures

• Check test type and test pressure on TP Pressure Test Reports

• Ensure proper punch list categorization per procedure

• Maintain composite master P&ID set by package limits

• Ensure progressive collection/indexing of inspection and quality records

• Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate closure with QC/Turnover

• Update completion & turnover database on time

• Track punch list items and discrepancy reports

• Support QC upload/validation in completion systems

• Monitor quality pack completion for handover milestones

• Issue weekly status reports to planning/project management

Requirements

• Strong piping discipline background

• Experience in completion and turnover processes

• Proven TP and pressure test coordination experience

• Advanced Excel/data handling skills

• Strong documentation control, mindset and stakeholder coordination

• Eligibility to work in Belgium (EU)
