Pre-Commissioning Manager/Coordinator

The Pre-Commissioning Manager/Coordinator has a significant experience in Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up phases.
The Pre-Commissioning Manager/Coordinator will ensure that the Pre-Commissioning activities included in the contract scope of work are completed safely, correctly and on time.
In addition, he will ensure the activities comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and Client requirements.
The -Commissioning Manager/Coordinator is:
· Responsible for Pre-Commissioning Scope of Services, input into Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance goals and assist in ensuring overall Project Scope is performed and project objectives and are met
· Manage the project’s Pre-Commissioning activities in accordance with the Execution Plan, Program and system documentation
· Ensure that Pre-Commissioning work on the project is completed in accordance with project HSSE, risk management and Wood Quality Management System (QMS) and the Project Management Plan (PMP)
· Monitor the systems for measuring Pre-Commissioning progress and productivity for the project and develop corrective action plans to control work within budget and schedule
· Provide input into project hazard identification and risk assessment processes
· Ensure that equipment and process systems are prepared for safe, on-time Commissioning and Start-Up
· Manage the tests to ensure that equipment and system performance is in accordance to design
· Verify that installed equipment, facilities and systems meet the commissioning requirements
· Manage the process to identify and coordinate the rectification of any process or operational deficiencies prior to handover to operations
· Coordinate the transition between construction and operations, together with Construction Manager and Turn-Over Manager
· Manage the coordination of vendor and technical representatives during Pre-Commissioning
· Attend project coordination and other project meetings as required
· Prepare Pre-commissioning Progress reports and input into project monthly reports
· Manage Pre-Commissioning team and supervise the Sub-Contractors Pre-Commissioning activities for all disciplines
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in commissioning
Experience in Industrial installations
Thorough knowledge of and hands on experience with, the development and monitoring of schedules
English language knowledge written and spoken is mandatory
Excellent communication and presentation skills
