Piping Test Pack Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Piping Test Pack Coordinator to join our project team starting from February 2026.
The role will be responsible for the coordination, control, and monitoring of piping test pack activities, ensuring full compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and completion & turnover requirements.
The position requires strong coordination skills, solid piping discipline knowledge, and hands-on experience with test pack management, pressure testing, and completion systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the full Piping Test Pack (TP) workflow with all involved parties, both internal and external (including subcontractors and NoBo).
Agree on TP schedules and actively expedite inputs and actions from all stakeholders.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute TP progress and status reports.
Track the receipt, review, and release of piping TP folders.
Ensure TP folder content is fully compliant with project procedures and specifications.
Verify test types (Hydrostatic / Pneumatic / Service / Visual) and ensure correct test pressures are stated in pressure test reports.
Ensure proper categorization and tracking of punch list items in accordance with Punch List Management procedures.
Liaise with project engineers to maintain a composite master set of P&IDs, clearly identifying piping test package limits.
Ensure inspection test packs and quality records are progressively collected, indexed, and available to support phased system acceptance and handover.
Identify documentation deficiencies related to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and coordinate resolution with the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator.
Ensure timely updates of the Completion and Turnover database.
Track punch list items through to closure.
Review engineering input data and raise discrepancy reports where required.
Upload and validate QC formats and punch items within the Completion & Turnover Management System, ensuring all documentation is properly completed and signed.
Monitor quality pack completion to support system handover milestones and highlight critical issues to project management.
Issue weekly status reports for planning and project management purposes.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Solid background and experience in the Piping discipline.
Proven experience with Completion and Turnover management processes.
Demonstrated experience in piping test pack coordination and pressure test execution.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filtering, sorting).
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
